本文提出了使用双阶梯支承辊改善四辊轧机板形的方法,并用矩阵计算方法研究了使用这种方法时轧辊的弹性变形及轧后断面分布.结果证明,使用双阶梯支承辊可以减弱甚至消除压力波动对板形的影响,可以减小凸度变化对板形的影响,同时可以增强弯辊效果.当所轧产品宽度变化不大时,同时使用双阶梯支承辊和液压弯辊,按合理原则选择有关参数,可以较大幅度地提高带钢板形质量,收到与HC轧机相似的效果.实验轧机上使用普通支承辊和双阶梯支承辊的对比实验,证实了上述论点.
