建立子代林进行遗传测定对于任何成功的林木改良计划来说都是必不可少的。研究通过对阳新县七峰山木场16年生杉木子代林进行生长调查和数据分析,了解被测定家系之间的生长差异。同时从中选择出第二世代杉木优树。调查和数据分析结果表明:杉木子代林的各家系之间的生长差异显著,而重复间差异不显著。作为调查指标的树高和胸高直径的相关系数达到0.996。另外采用SPSS分析软件,对各家系进行评价,根据评价值的大小从参与测定的家系中选择出了优良无性系。并且还在利用联合性状选择指数进行第二世代杉木优树的选择研究方面作了初步的探讨。
Establishing offspring for genetic testing is essential to any successful forest improvement program. Through the growth survey and data analysis of 16-year-old Chinese fir progeny in Qifengshanmu Farm, Yangxin County, the differences of growth among the tested pedigrees were studied. At the same time choose the second generation of Chinese fir tree. The results of the survey and data analysis show that there is significant difference in the growth among different lines of Fagus subcultuea, but no significant difference between the repeat lines. The correlation coefficient of tree height and chest height diameter as a research index reached 0.996. In addition, SPSS analysis software was used to evaluate each family, according to the size of the evaluation value from the families involved in the determination of the selected clones. And also made preliminary discussions on the selection of the second generation Chinese fir trees by using the joint trait selection index.
