80年代以来,国际直接投资领域中一个引人注目的新现象是,日本的对外直接投资以咄咄逼人的态势,大举挺进美国市场,对美国经济和国际经济产生着越来越明显的影响。本文拟就80年代以来日本对美国直接投资的发展及特点作一初步分析。
One notable new phenomenon in the field of international direct investment since the 1980s is that Japan’s outward foreign direct investment (FDI) has been aggressively marched into the U.S. market in an aggressive manner, with an increasingly obvious impact on the U.S. economy and the international economy. This article intends to make a preliminary analysis of the development and characteristics of Japan’s direct investment in the United States since the 1980s.
