变应性鼻炎用奴佛卡因封闭治疗以後,证明功效很好,特介绍,仅供同志们参考。用0.5%的奴佛卡因液,作皮下注射於鼻两侧,总量15-20毫升,下甲粘膜下2-3毫升,平均2-3次治疗即可治癒。在11例中10例痊癒,只1例无效。经一年观察,没有再发。茲举一病例。病例门诊号0586,张××,男,26岁,于1953年1月2日来诊。主诉:交替性鼻梗塞,流水样鼻涕,发痒及打喷嚏,已14个月。患者曾患过荨麻疹。检查鼻粘膜呈灰白色,水肿、柔软,下鼻道有浆液样分泌物。印象为变应性鼻炎。即日行奴佛卡因液封闭,鼻两侧皮下注射总量15毫 Allergic rhinitis after treatment with novocaine, proved to be very effective, especially introduced, for gay reference only.
