省造纸协会1995年7月25日在汉川县召开纸板企业工作会议,到会代表有省造纸公司、省造纸协会及31个纸板生产厂的负责人共42人。会议由省造纸公司詹土铎总工介绍了当前造纸工业的生产及发展情况,武汉造纸厂厂长金汉泉同志作了“加强行业管理,克难致胜,开创我省纸板行业新局面”以及“关于加强废纸原料收购管理”的发言。武汉造纸厂副厂长黄发汉同志宣讲了“废纸原料分类及验收标准”,省造纸协会副秘书长盛开文同志宣读了省造纸协会纸
The Provincial Paper Association held a paperboard enterprise working conference in Hanchuan County on July 25, 1995. The delegates had a total of 42 people in charge of provincial papermaking companies, provincial papermaking associations, and 31 board production factories. The meeting was introduced by the provincial paper company Zhan Tuoxuan, the current production and development of the paper industry. Comrade Jin Hanquan, the director of Wuhan Paper Mill, made “strengthen industry management, overcome difficulties, create a new situation for the province’s paperboard industry” and “reinforce waste Paper Raw Material Acquisition Management”. Comrade Huang Fahan, deputy director of Wuhan Paper Mill, preached the “Classification and Acceptance Criteria for Waste Paper Raw Materials”, and the Inaugural Secretary of the Provincial Paper Association, Comrade Wenfeng, read the paper from the Provincial Paper Association.
