目的分析了解海宁市医用放射工作人员职业性外照射受照剂量,从而评价放射工作场所防护水平。方法采用分析流行病学方法对2008年海宁市医用放射工作人员职业外照射剂量监测结果数据进行分析。结果 2008年全市84名医用放射工作人员人均年有效剂量为0.314mSv/a;全市32间X机房防护性能监测数据显示,市级医疗机构平均剂量率值小于镇、街道卫生院平均剂量率值。结论根据GBZ128-2002《职业性外照射个人监测规范》规定剂量的限值,本市医用放射工作人员职业外照射水平均符合标准的规定。
Objective To analyze and understand the exposure dose of occupational external radiation to medical radiation workers in Haining and evaluate the radiation protection workplace. Methods Analytical epidemiological methods were used to analyze the occupational exposure dose data of medical radiation workers in Haining in 2008. Results In 2008, the per capita effective dose of 84 medical radiation workers in the city was 0.314mSv / a. Monitoring data of protective performance of 32 X-labs in the city showed that the average dose rate of municipal-level medical institutions was less than the average dose rate of towns and streets hospitals. Conclusion According to GBZ128-2002 “occupational exposure to personal monitoring norms” dose limits, the city’s medical radiation workers occupational exposure levels are in line with the standards.
