本文应用显微扫描光度技术观察大鼠经4.5和8.5Gy ~(60)Coγ线全身和局部屏蔽照射后半年外周血T_μ淋巴细胞双肽氨基肽酶Ⅳ(DAPⅣ)活力的定量改变.结果表明,经不同剂量和不同部位照射后,外周血T_μ细胞的DAPⅣ酶活力显示不同程度的降低,各剂量组均低于对照组水平;经相同剂量照射后,全身照射组的酶活力低于屏蔽组,而不同剂量照射后,8.5Gy组的酶活力低于4.5Gy组;根据DAPⅣ酶活力的定量改变所获得的各剂量组恢复顺序与照后半年外周血和骨髓T_μ淋巴细胞数的恢复顺序相同,但是与T_μ细胞数量相比,DAPⅣ酶活力的升高较慢,提示经一定剂量γ射线照射后,细胞内对辐射敏感的酶等生化成分的恢复需要较长时间.
In this paper, the quantitative changes of the activity of T-lymphocyte-derived dipeptidyl-aminopeptidase Ⅳ (DAPⅣ) in peripheral blood of rats after 4.5 and 8.5 Gy ~ (60) Coγ lines were examined by microscopic scanning photometry. After irradiation at different doses and different sites, the activity of DAP Ⅳ in peripheral blood T_μ cells showed different degrees of reduction, and the levels in all dose groups were lower than those in control group. After irradiation at the same dosage, the enzyme activity in whole body irradiation group was lower than that in control group, However, the activity of 8.5Gy group was lower than that of 4.5Gy group after different doses of irradiation. The order of recovery of each dosage group according to the quantitative changes of DAPⅣ enzyme activity was the same as the recovery order of T_μ lymphocytes in peripheral blood and bone marrow six months after irradiation, However, compared with the number of T_μ cells, DAP Ⅳ enzyme activity increased slowly, suggesting that after a certain dose of γ-ray irradiation, intracellular radiation-sensitive enzymes and other biochemical components recovery takes a long time.
