通过使样品在某一温度梯度的条件下结晶的办法可制造出具有定向排列微晶结构的Li_2O—SiO_2—B_2O_3系统的玻璃陶瓷。本文报道了这种玻璃陶瓷的压电和机电性质。该系统的某些组成显示了出具有比LiTaO_3单晶更优良的谐振频率温度系数。文中还阐述了制造玻璃陶瓷压电振子的优点及把它们用于声表面波器件的可能性。
The glass ceramics with Li_2O-SiO_2-B_2O_3 system with aligned micro-crystalline structure can be fabricated by crystallizing the sample under a certain temperature gradient. This paper reports the piezoelectric and electromechanical properties of this glass-ceramic. Some components of this system have been shown to have better resonant frequency temperature coefficients than LiTaO_3 single crystals. The article also describes the advantages of making glass-ceramic piezoelectric vibrators and the possibility of using them for SAW devices.
