目的:分析电离子联合5-氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效及安全性。方法:本文研究对象为90例尖锐湿疣患者,对象选取的医院为我院,对象选取时间段为2014年1月至2016年9月,选取对象的方法为随机数表法,将所选对象平均分为对照组和实验组各45例。为对照组患者进行电离子治疗治疗,为实验组患者进行电离子联合5-氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效及安全性。结果:实验组患者的总有效率为95.56%、不良反应发生率为2.22%;对照组患者的总有效率为75.56%、不良反应发生率为24.44%。在疗效和安全性上,实验组明显优于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:电离子联合5-氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效十分优良,不仅具有高疗效还具有高安全性,值得广为应用。
Objective: To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of iontophoresis combined with 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum. Methods: The object of this study was 90 patients with condyloma acuminatum. The hospital selected as our hospital was selected from January 2014 to September 2016. The method of selecting subjects was random number table method. The average of the selected subjects Divided into control group and experimental group of 45 cases. The patients in the control group were treated with iontophoresis. The patients in the experimental group were treated with iontophoresis combined with 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy. The clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.56% and the adverse reaction rate was 2.22%. The total effective rate of the control group was 75.56% and the adverse reaction rate was 24.44%. In efficacy and safety, the experimental group was significantly better than the control group, P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The clinical efficacy of iontophoresis combined with 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy for condyloma acuminatum is very good. It not only has high curative effect but also high safety, which deserves wide application.
