高水平脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]是动脉粥样硬化和血栓形成的独立危险因素。现对Lp(a)的结构、功能、代谢、致动脉粥样硬化的可能机制及其与心脑血管疾病、妊娠、糖尿病等的关系作一综述。
High-level lipoprotein (a) [Lp (a)] is an independent risk factor for atherosclerosis and thrombosis. Now Lp (a) of the structure, function, metabolism, atherosclerosis and possible mechanism and its relationship with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, pregnancy, diabetes and so on are reviewed.
