本文利用中国2001~2010年35个工业行业的面板数据,分别考察了FDI后向、前向技术外溢对工业碳减排的影响,同时估算了研发投入强度、所有制结构、行业结构等行业特征对FDI技术外溢的碳减排效应的影响。研究显示,外资企业通过后向关联的技术外溢有利于工业碳减排,经由前向关联的技术外溢短期内能促进工业碳减排,但对长期工业碳减排存在明显的抑制作用;反映吸收能力的行业特征指标对FDI技术外溢的工业碳减排效应的影响存在较大差异。
Based on the panel data of 35 industrial sectors in China from 2001 to 2010, this paper examines the impact of FDI backward and forward technology spillovers on industrial carbon emission reduction respectively, as well as industry characteristics such as R & D investment intensity, ownership structure and industry structure Impact of FDI Technology Spillover on Carbon Emission Reduction. The research shows that foreign-funded enterprises can promote industrial carbon emission reduction through backward-related technology spillover, industrial carbon emission reduction through forward-affiliated technology spillover in the short term, but obviously inhibit long-term industrial carbon emission reduction; The influence of industrial indicators of capability on industrial carbon emission reduction effect of FDI technology spillovers is quite different.
