目的探讨医用活性炭功能敷料对浅Ⅱ°烧伤创面的疗效。方法对84例浅Ⅱ°烧伤患者随机分为2组,每组42例,观察组用医用活性炭功能敷料换药,对照组用1%磺胺嘧啶银换药。用药后3、7、10 d分别进行创面分泌物细菌培养,记录创面愈合情况及速度、病程早期渗出量、换药时创面痛感、肉芽破坏情况、药物不良反应。结果治疗后创面细菌培养阳性率两组均较治疗前下降,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组愈合率明显高于对照组(P<0.01);病程早期渗出量观察组明显少于对照组(P<0.01);观察组创面换药时无明显疼痛感,肉芽组织无明显破坏;两组均无药物不良反应。结论医用活性炭功能敷料治疗浅Ⅱ°烧伤创面能促进创面肉芽组织和上皮再生,换药无明显疼痛感且无不良反应。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of medical activated carbon functional dressings on superficial Ⅱ ° burn wounds. Methods Eighty-four patients with superficial Ⅱ ° burn were randomly divided into two groups (n = 42 in each group). The patients in the observation group were given medicinal activated carbon functional dressings and the control group were given 1% sulfadiazine silver dressing. Bacterial cultures of wound secretions were recorded on days 3, 7, and 10 after treatment. The healing status and speed of the wounds, the early exudation of the wounds, the wound pain sensation during the dressing change, the damage of the granulation and the adverse drug reactions were recorded. Results The positive rate of bacterial culture in the wounds after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment (P> 0.05). The healing rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.01) Less than the control group (P <0.01). There was no obvious pain sensation in the wound dressing group and no obvious damage of the granulation tissue in the wound dressing group. There was no adverse drug reactions in both groups. Conclusion The medical activated carbon functional dressings can improve the wound granulation tissue and epithelial regeneration in the treatment of superficial Ⅱ degree burns wounds. There is no obvious pain sensation and no adverse reactions in dressing change.
