1987年7月17日,某部招待所因食用螺旋面包引起食物中毒,共发病17例。经流行病学调查和细菌学检验,证实为一次由金黃色葡萄球菌引起的暴发性食物中毒。 (一) 流行病学调查 中毒发生后,调查了该招待所24h内食谱。16日全天就餐132人,无一人发病。17日早就餐者51人,发病17人;未进早餐者无一患病。证明此次中毒与17日早餐有密切关系。据炊事人员反映,17日早餐的卤猪肚、鱼干、笋干、牛奶等副食均经彻底加热处理,故引起中毒的可能性较小。主食为螺旋面包,是16日晚23时从地方某食品厂购入。17例病人都食用这种面包,而未食用者无发病。17日9时出现首发病例,9~10时
