为了提高铝合金铸锭的形变能力,在均匀化处理后、挤压之前应进行析出退火处理。析出退火的最佳温度是合金中基本合金组元固溶稳定性最小的温度,可保证在最短的保温时间内最快地提高铸锭的变形能力(金属流动速度)。采用连续铸造法生产直径为134毫米的标准成分的B95合金锭。车皮后锯成φ125×250毫米的毛料和试片,均在460℃均匀化处理12小时,以250℃/时的速度冷却到析出退火温度。在250~450℃内3小时温度波动不超过25℃的情况下进行析出退火,而后毛料和试片于空气中冷却。
