以顶部籽晶 (TSSG)法生长出透明的没有开裂的 KL N晶体。采用场冷法对晶体进行极化。测试 KL N晶体 X-射线衍射图 ,并计算晶格常数。测试 KL N晶体的红外透射光谱。研究影响 KL N晶体产生开裂和失透的原因和克服措施。经过倍频得到了波长为 44 1nm的蓝光。
Transparent, non-cleaved KL N crystals were grown by the top seed (TSSG) method. Field-cooled crystals were polarized. The KL N crystal X-ray diffraction pattern was tested and the lattice constant was calculated. Infrared transmission spectra of KL N crystals were tested.
