目的 研究工人长时间低浓度CS2 接触对心血管系统的影响。方法 对 367名二硫化碳 (CS2 )接触工人及1 2 5名非接触者进行心血管功能检查。结果 在高剂量暴露组工人中 ,血清总胆固醇 (TC) ,载脂蛋白B(ApoB)均较高于对照组 ,且差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5)。经多元逐步回归发现 ,CS2 暴露对血清总胆固醇和载脂蛋白B起正贡献作用 ,偏回归系数分别为 0 1 1 3 2 ,0 0 393。结论 长时间低浓度暴露于CS2 可使工人患高脂血症及冠状动脉硬化的危险性增高
Objective To study the effects of long-term CS2 exposure on cardiovascular system in workers. Methods 367 carbon dioxide (CS2) exposed workers and 125 non-contact workers underwent cardiovascular function tests. Results The levels of total cholesterol (TC) and apolipoprotein B (ApoB) in high-exposure group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05). After multivariate stepwise regression, CS2 exposure contributed positively to serum total cholesterol and apolipoprotein B, with partial regression coefficients of 0 1 1 3 2 and 0 0 393, respectively. Conclusion Exposure to CS2 for a long time may increase the risk of developing hyperlipidemia and coronary atherosclerosis
