在pH 4的缓冲溶液中,内酯型荧光黄与β-环糊精形成1:1包合物,其紫外-可见吸光变和荧光强度均下降。考察了pH,离子强度及有机溶剂对包合物稳定性的影响;采用热力学法分析了温度和包合常数的关系,计算了包合过程的焓变,熵变及自由能变化;并通过分子模拟和红外光谱法对包合物的包合形式进行理论探讨和研究。
In the buffer solution of pH 4, lactone fluorescent yellow and β-cyclodextrin form a 1: 1 inclusion complex, the UV-visible absorption change and fluorescence intensity decreased. The effects of pH, ionic strength and organic solvent on the stability of the inclusion complex were investigated. The relationship between temperature and inclusion constant was analyzed by thermodynamic method. The enthalpy change, entropy change and free energy change were calculated.
