本文针对目前各企业设备润化管理现状进行分析、结语,通过优化、完善、建立《润滑管理检查监督考核体系》弥补润滑管理上的漏洞,实践证明《润滑管理检查监督考核体系》建立实施可有效指导、督促包机班组对包机设备及时润滑,使工艺操作人员养成一种良好的习惯,做到自觉遵守各项规章制度,减少润滑事故的发生,降低检修工作量,提高设备完好率。
