目的了解江门市区人体重要寄生虫病感染状况,为制定防治策略提供依据。方法在2009-2014年期间,以江门市区的中心城区及城乡接合部的4个镇街的常住居民为调查对象,采用清水沉淀集卵法和改良加藤厚涂片法检查华支睾吸虫、鞭虫、蛔虫和钩虫等肠道蠕虫卵,用透明胶纸肛拭法检查蛲虫卵,对检查结果进行统计分析,并比较其地区、性别、年龄、职业、时间等分布特征。结果 6年间华支睾吸虫、鞭虫、蛔虫和钩虫感染状况共调查3 587人,共有568人感染,总感染率为15.83%,华支睾吸虫、鞭虫、蛔虫和钩虫感染率分别为14.30%、0.67%、0.47%和0.39%。地区分布情况,以棠下镇感染水平最高为30.74%,杜阮镇感染水平最低为6.75%,各区域之间总感染率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。男女感染率分别为20.31%和11.70%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。感染水平随着年龄的递增而增高,差异有有统计学意义(P<0.05)。华支睾吸虫不同职业之间的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。蛲虫感染检查14岁以下儿童433人,感染率为2.54%。结论江门市区人群中蛔虫、鞭虫、钩虫和蛲虫的感染率较低,但华支睾吸虫病仍有不同程度的流行,应积极开展有针对性的综合防控措施。
Objective To understand the infection status of important human parasitic diseases in urban area of Jiangmen and provide the basis for making prevention and treatment strategies. Methods During the period of 2009-2014, the survey was conducted on four towns in downtown of Jiangmen and four towns in the junction of urban and rural areas. Clonorchis sinensis was examined by the methods of water sedimentation and egg collection and modified Kato thick smear method. Whipworm, roundworm and hookworm and other intestinal worms eggs, with a transparent adhesive tape anal swab test ovulation eggs, the test results were statistically analyzed, and compared their regions, gender, age, occupation, time and other distribution characteristics. Results The prevalence of Clonorchis sinensis, Trichuris, Ascaris and Hookworm in 6 years was 3 587, with a total infection of 568 and a total infection rate of 15.83%. The infection rates of Clonorchis sinensis, Trichuris, Ascaris and Hookworm were 14.30 %, 0.67%, 0.47% and 0.39%. The highest level of infection in Tangxia town was 30.74% and the lowest in Du Ruan town was 6.75%. There was significant difference in the total infection rate among different regions (P <0.05). The infection rates of males and females were 20.31% and 11.70% respectively, with statistical significance (P <0.05). The infection level increased with age, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Clonorchis sinensis different occupations between the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Pinworm infection 433 children under the age of 14, the infection rate was 2.54%. Conclusions The infection rate of roundworm, whipworm, hookworm and pinworm in Jiangmen urban area is low, but there is still some degree of endemicity in clonorchiasis. Therefore, comprehensive and targeted prevention and control measures should be actively carried out.
