“您有什么困难需要帮助?您有什么问题需要解决?‘听众信箱’为您分忧解难……”这熟悉而又亲切的话语,不时回旋在昆山上空。市民纷纷通过电话、来信和来访的形式向我们“听众信箱”反映各类问题。据统计,每个月“听众信箱”接待投诉均在一百多次,其中有近60%的投诉来自农民朋友。投诉问题95%以上得到了妥善的解决。这个节目不仅为政府部门与老百姓架起了一座空中桥梁,还为一些老百姓伸张了正义,讨回了公道,解决了有些多年拖而不决的难题。

The citizens have all kinds of questions to our “audience mailboxes” in the form of phone calls, letters and visits. According to statistics, each month, “listeners’ mailbox” complaints are received more than 100 times, of which nearly 60% of complaints from farmers and friends.
