一、前言目前,国内的轻油回收装置存在的主要问题是:①现有的轻油回收装置,收率低的居多;②由于布局不合理或集气系统不完善等,已建装置大部分不能满负荷运行;③新装置的设计和施工周期过长,跟不上油气田产能的建设速度. 本文仅就解决第三个问题,提出一些看法.这个问题在油田上更为突出,因为油田气中重组份含量较高.要加快加工装置的建设步伐,做到与产能建设同步或尽快跟上,就需先建一些便于移动的、工厂化生产的简易加工装置.通过试采,在气源充足而稳定的地方,再改建成较为完善的“永久性”加工装置.原来已建的简易装置,可拆迁至新的用户;而在低产或产能递减(或油气比递减)明显的小油田,上述简易加工装置则保留成
