用撞击感度仪、摩擦感度仪和静电火花感度仪研究了几种导电聚合物及其复配对浇注高能AP/Al/CMDB推进剂感度的影响;初步探讨了导电聚合物降低推进剂感度的机理。结果表明,研究所涉及的导电聚合物均可降低推进剂的撞击感度、摩擦感度和静电火花感度,其中PER和BAZ的效果较好;同时表明,PER和BAZ的复配具有明显的协同效应,其复配物降低推进剂的撞击感度、摩擦感度和静电火花感度的效果明显优于单一导电聚合物,其中质量比为2∶8的PER和BAZ复配物的效果最佳。导电聚合物使推进剂的比热容和导电性能增强是导电聚合物降低推进剂感度的可能原因。
The effects of several conductive polymers and their compounding on the sensitivity of cast high energy AP / Al / CMDB propellants were investigated by impact sensitometer, frictional sensitivity tester and electrostatic spark sensitometer. The mechanism of reducing the sensitivity of conductive polymer to propellant was also discussed. The results show that the conductive polymers involved in the study can reduce the impact sensitivity, friction sensitivity and electrostatic spark sensitivities of the propellants, and PER and BAZ are better. Meanwhile, the combination of PER and BAZ has obvious synergistic effect. The effect of the compound to reduce the impact sensitivity, friction sensitivity and electrostatic spark sensitivity of the propellants is obviously better than that of the single conductive polymers. The best effect is obtained by the mixture of PER and BAZ with mass ratio of 2: 8. Conductive polymers that enhance the specific heat capacity and electrical conductivity of propellants are a possible cause of the conductive polymer’s reduced propellant sensitivity.
