采用亚临界等温淬火热处理工艺,得到了含有大量稳定残留奥氏体的一种新型高强度复相钢.该钢在MsMd温度之间形变时,因残留奥氏体的应变诱导马氏体相变和相变诱发塑性TRIP,延伸率大幅度提高.通过对其力学性能测试及其显微组织分析,探讨了TRIP效应提高结构钢性能的机理,研究了热处理工艺对TRIP结构钢性能的影响.
Using subcritical isothermal quenching heat treatment process, a new type of high strength duplex steel with a large amount of retained austenite was obtained. The steel deformation between the Ms Md temperature, the residual austenite induced martensitic transformation and phase transition induced plastic TRIP, a substantial increase in elongation. Through the mechanical properties test and the microstructure analysis, the mechanism of the TRIP effect to improve the performance of the structural steel is discussed, and the influence of the heat treatment process on the properties of the TRIP structural steel is studied.
