法属非洲经济殖民化的历史进程有其自身的特点。依据法国资本有计划地卷入非洲经济生活的规模和程度 ,以及殖民地在法国外贸中所占的位置 ,可以将法属非洲经济殖民化的进程划分为 3个不同阶段。在 1 830～ 1 92 0年近一个世纪中 ,法国并无太多的经济企图 ,没有投入可观的力量开发非洲。 1 92 0～ 1 94 5年 ,由于经济危机和世界大战 ,法国加强了对殖民地的经济同化。 1 94 5～ 1 960年 ,是法国开发非洲的高潮阶段 ,但殖民地的民族独立运动给法国殖民主义的“双重使命”画上了句号。法属非洲经济殖民化的历史进程及其特点是由法国的资本特性和法属非洲当地的特性所决定的。
The historical process of economic colonization in French Africa has its own characteristics. The process of economic colonization in the French-African economy can be divided into three distinct phases, based on the scale and extent of the planned involvement of French capital in the economic life of Africa and the position of the colonies in French foreign trade. For nearly a century between 1830 and 1920, France did not have too much economic intentions and did not invest considerable power in developing Africa. In 1982 and 1950, due to the economic crisis and world war, France strengthened its economic assimilation to the colonies. The period from 1994 to 1960 was the climax of France’s development of Africa. However, the national independence movement of the colonies ended with the “dual mission” of French colonialism. The historical process of economic colonization in the French continent and its characteristics are determined by the capital characteristics of France and the local characteristics of the French-African continent.
