头低位卧床实验(HDBR)是弥补在轨飞行资源限制的重要地面模拟途径。女性头低位卧床实验是探索我国女性航天员参与航天飞行任务防护方法的重要平台。中国航天员中心组织实施了女性15 d头低位卧床实验,用于评价、比较和改进失重生理效应的防护方法。本文介绍了实验概况,志愿者的选拔情况,卧床实验控制、测试项目和测试时间等。卧床过程中志愿者心率降低,卧床后期舒张压降低,卧床期间静摄水量与卧床前后基本持平。卧床实验的多项结果在本刊的系列文章中给出。本文中的数据是本刊其他关于心血管和肌肉系统文章的基本背景。营养供给、基本认知功能和口腔相关研究结果是成功组织本实验和非靶研究系统的结果。
The head-down bed experiment (HDBR) is an important ground-based simulation approach to make up for the limitation of on-orbit flight resources. The low lying bed test of female head is an important platform for exploring the methods of women astronauts participating in the protection of the space mission. China Astronaut Center organized and implemented a 15-day low lying bed test for women to evaluate, compare and improve the protection methods of physiological effects of weightlessness. This article introduces the experimental overview, the selection of volunteers, bed control, test items and test time. Volunteers during bed rest reduced heart rate, diastolic blood pressure decreased late bed rest, bed rest and water intake during bedtime basically the same. A number of results from bed-ridden experiments are given in our series of articles. The data in this article is the basic background of this issue of other articles about cardiovascular and muscular systems. Nutritional provision, basic cognitive function, and oral related research results are the result of the successful organization of both the present and non-target research systems.
