为了解智力落后学生身体素质发育水平的现状,建立基础数据,为建立具有智力落后儿童特色的体育教学大纲提出科学依据,课题组指定专人在规定的时间内,对北京市11所培智学校的学生进行四项指标测查。结论显示智力落后学生也与普通学生一样,各项身体素质发育指标的均值总的趋势是随年龄的增长而增长。13岁以前男女各年龄段的身体素质发育指标的增长趋势不平稳,特别是在10~13岁之间,女生的各项身体素质发育指标的增长速度快于男生,但总体差异不大;13岁以后,男生各年龄段的身体素质发育指标均值明显高于女生。智力落后学生优势手不明显。
In order to understand the status quo of mental retardation students’ physical development, establish basic data and provide scientific basis for the establishment of physical education curriculum with the characteristics of children with mental retardation. The general trend of the mean values of various physical fitness indices is increasing with age. Before 13 years of age, the growth trend of physical fitness indicators of men and women of all ages was not stable. Especially in the age of 10 to 13, the growth rate of all physical fitness indicators of girls was faster than that of boys, but the overall difference was insignificant.
