本文对基于视觉传感的焊缝位置信息提取技术进行研究,根据焊缝的特征信息及所建立的特征描述方法的异同,将视觉传感焊缝识别与跟踪技术归纳为直接特征视觉传感法与间接视觉特征传感法,综述了这两类视觉传感技术的具体实现途径。针对结构光视觉传感在紧密对接无间隙焊缝焊接中应用受限,介绍了一种基于红外热像特征的焊缝识别新方法。最后对基于机器视觉的焊缝跟踪技术进行了展望。
Based on the feature information of the weld and the similarities and differences of the established method of feature description, this paper summarizes the technology of the visual sensing weld identification and tracking into the direct feature visual sensing method And indirect visual feature sensing method, the concrete realization ways of these two kinds of visual sensing technologies are summarized. In view of the limited application of structured light vision sensing in close butt jointless gap welding, a new method of seam identification based on infrared thermography is introduced. Finally, the prospect of welding seam tracking based on machine vision is prospected.
