父亲郑诵先于1976年10月逝世,至今已经36周年了。父亲郑诵先名世芬,字诵先,号研斋,别号勉堪,晚年以字行。祖籍四川富顺。一生致力于书法艺术研究,晚年专注于章草,为当代章草大家。1998年,荣宝斋出版社出版了《郑诵先书法集》。2012年6月,在多方努力下,荣宝斋荟集到未经发表的遗作多幅,又出版了《郑诵先法书精选》。睹物思人,一切似乎骤然回复到了过去。那一幅幅作品宛如父亲他老人家精神魂魄的载体,每一笔画都体现出他老人家的风骨灵气,饱含着他对书法艺术的深情大爱,使人能够由这扇窗口,一点点进入到他那闪现着中国书法艺术光辉的
