建立燃料电池汽车消费者持有成本模型,从与传统汽油汽车对比的角度,预测出燃料电池汽车消费者持有成本的变动趋势,基于消费者而非技术的视角,验证了燃料电池汽车替代传统汽油汽车的可能性及其相应条件,并说明了燃料电池汽车产业化进程中政府激励政策的作用。
