为加强对IP公话超市的业务管理,实时了解客户的话务量,提升客户满意度,在月结形式不能满足当前客户和企业自身的需求情况下,开发一个实时监控系统已是迫在眉睫之事。本课题针对IP公话超市话务监控系统进行了详细需求分析和设计分析。
In order to strengthen the business management of the IP phone supermarket, understand the customer traffic in real time and improve the customer satisfaction, it is an urgent task to develop a real-time monitoring system when the monthly format can not meet the needs of the current customers and enterprises . This topic has carried on the detailed demand analysis and the design analysis to the IP public telephone supervisory system traffic monitoring system.
