目的全面了解河南省社区卫生服务人才队伍现状,找准存在的突出问题,为今后制定河南省社区卫生服务人才发展战略和政策提供依据。方法采用问卷调查方式,对2005年底,河南省境内取得执业许可资格、或已在当地卫生行政部门备案的从事医疗卫生服务工作的各级、各类、各种隶属关系和所有制形式的社区医疗卫生机构(不含驻军的医疗卫生机构)及其所有工作人员进行基本情况进行普查。采用SPSS13.0对调查资料进行统计分析。结果社区卫生服务机构仍然处于起步阶段,而且区域发展极不平衡,社区卫生服务人员配置不尽合理。结论今后应继续加大对社区卫生服务站(中心)的投入力度,促进社区卫生服务的发展,为人民的健康服务。
Objective To comprehensively understand the status quo of community health service personnel in Henan Province and to find out the outstanding problems that exist so as to provide basis for the future development of community health service personnel development strategies and policies in Henan Province. Results The community health service agencies are still in their infancy, and the regional development is extremely unbalanced, and the configuration of community health service personnel is not reasonable. Conclusion In the future, we should continue to increase input in community health service stations (centers), promote the development of community health services and serve the health of the people.
