我公司面对市场疲软、储运行业不景气的形势,从去年开始强化经营意识,充分挖掘内部潜力,扩大汽车运输业务,改善运贷方式,从而促进了储运业务的发展,取得了较好的经济效益。1989年运输各类物资19.6万吨,盈利188.7万元,所属仓库全年整车发运平均时间为27.6天,比规定时间快17.4天,零担平均发运时间达到规定的指标。目前我公司已初步形成“储”、“运”两个有力的拳头,开始积极参与市场竞争。 一、加强组织管理,全面开展汽车营运工作 1.成立专门机构。公司成立了运输科并由一名副经理负责,各仓库抽调责任心强、会管理、懂技术的同志来做这项工作。全公司共抽调92人、33台大吨位汽车投入运输业务,做到了定机构、定人员、定设备。 2.争取优惠政策。我们在征得地方有关部门许可
