介绍了一类高效能陶瓷燃烧器,其试验结果为:(1)空、煤气通道联吹的阻力系数分别为4.8~5.0和1.8~2.0;(2)煤气通道的配气均匀度达到了92.46%,比未采用煤气导流装置时提高了11.33个百分点,比套筒式陶瓷燃烧器提高了6.49个百分点;(3)一、二次风出口配气均匀度达到了90.66%和94.57%。实践证明。采用高效能陶瓷燃烧器是提高热风炉送风温度的有效途径之一。
A series of high performance ceramic burners are introduced.
