目的:探索白芷根腐病的发生发展规律,为病害的防治提供依据。方法:人工接种培养,定期解剖观察病菌对白芷的侵染情况及染病白芷的组织病理学变化。结果:病菌不能侵染健康的新鲜白芷,只能侵染萎蔫和有伤口的白芷;有伤口时,16h病菌即可侵入外皮层,在新鲜和萎蔫的白芷组织中,菌丝的扩展速度差异不大;病菌侵入皮层后,2d开始形成微菌核,2d~3d开始引起皮层细胞和组织的破坏。结论:白芷收获后损伤和萎蔫不可避免,易受病菌侵染,病菌侵入后扩展迅速,很快地导致白芷腐烂,完全不能药用。故对该病的防治应主要从防止病菌的萌发与侵入方面考虑
