二、依法治国的内容根据中央关于依法治国的有关精神,我们所说的依法治国,就是广大人民群众在党的领导下,依照宪法和法律规定,通过各种途径和形式管理国家事务,管理经济文化事业,管理社会事务,保证国家各项工作都依法进行,逐步实现社会主义民主的制度化、法律化。也就是说,我们要依照法律来治理国家,国家的政治、经济、社会生活以及公民在各个领域的行为都应依照法律来进行,而不受任何个人意志的干涉、
