本文介绍了适用于WOL型紧凑拉伸试样、中心裂纹拉伸试祥和边缺口试样进行液体介质腐蚀疲劳试验的腐蚀室结构和介质循环系统。腐蚀室采用局部密封,组合式结构,有机玻璃制造。本装置密封可靠、结构紧凑、监测裂纹方便,可较好地模拟在流动介质中工作构件的裂纹扩展的工况条件,并适用于竖直加载的普通试验机。介质循环系统采用开式循环回路,介质流速、压力和温度可在一定范围内调节。可用于海洋设施、管道和压力容器等用金属材料的腐蚀疲劳研究。
In this paper, the corrosion chamber structure and media circulation system suitable for the fatigue test of liquid medium are introduced, which are suitable for WOL compact tensile specimen, central crack tensile test and edge notch specimen. Corrosion chamber with a partial seal, modular structure, made of plexiglass. The device has the advantages of reliable sealing, compact structure, convenient monitoring of cracks, better simulating working conditions of crack propagation in working medium and suitable for vertical testing machine. Medium circulation system uses an open loop, medium flow rate, pressure and temperature can be adjusted within a certain range. Can be used for marine installations, pipes and pressure vessels and other metal materials with corrosion fatigue research.
