目前,高职院校在当前教育界占有越来越重要的地位,是培养人才的重要基地。但高职院校师资力量不强,导致专业课程教学受到影响,致使院校人才培养效果不佳。究其原因,主要是高职院校师资队伍建设存在诸多困难,致使高职院校缺乏专业的、高素质的、经验丰富的教师。对此,本文将深入分析高职院校师资队伍建设所面临的困难,进而探究解决困难的对策,希望可以有助于提高高职院校教学水平。
At present, higher vocational colleges occupy an increasingly important position in the current education sector and are an important base for training qualified personnel. However, the strength of teachers in higher vocational colleges is not strong, resulting in the teaching of specialized courses being affected, resulting in ineffective talents training in colleges and universities.
