Currently, 5-Br-PADAP is one of the most sensitive reagents for the spectrophotometric determination of niobium. Niobium -5-Br-PADAP-tartaric acid system has been studied in detail. In order to improve the sensitivity, we changed the medium and studied the photometric characteristics of niobium-5-Br-PADAP-sulfuric acid system and the effect of ethanol on this system.
