本研究以蚌埠肥河系生长之黑藻根尖细胞为材料,分析了中国产黑藻Hydrilla verticillata的核型。 1.中国产黑藻二倍体染色数为2n=2x=16。基数x=8。核型公式为2n=2x=16=6m+6sm+4st。雌雄株间未见异型染色体存在。其全部染色体可分为两个组:A组(1～5);B组(6～8)。
In this study, the Karyotypes of Hydrilla verticillata, a Chinese hydrophytes, were analyzed using the tip cells of Hydrilla verticillata grown in the Bengbu Fehe River system. 1. Chinese black algae diploid staining 2n = 2x = 16. Base x = 8. The karyotype formula is 2n = 2x = 16 = 6m + 6sm + 4st. No male or female genital chromosomes exist. The whole chromosome can be divided into two groups: A group (1 ~ 5); B group (6 ~ 8).
