应急培训是指根据生产发展和科学技术的紧迫需要,运用短、频、快的方法,灵活开展的一种针对性很强的培养和训练的教育活动。周期短,次数频,见效快的应急培训常见的形式有一事一训、专题讲座、现场技术表演和岗位练兵等。内容决定形式,可作如下考虑:一是应切实抓好青工的上岗应急培训,目的是使他们尽快掌握操作要领和安全知识,以保证他们上岗后能单独顶岗。二是抓好技术骨干的应急培训,解决技术骨干短缺问题,保证生产的顺利进行。三是搞好引进和推广新技术的应急培训。职工教育部门应根据“传统安排、分级负责、因地制宜、形式多样”的原则,抓好这项工作,使先进设备在较短
