本试验的目的是探讨利用太阳能干燥经防腐处理的橡胶木材的可行性。试验结果表明,利用太阳能干燥窑干燥方料(5×8厘米),由初含水率74%干燥至海南岛木材平衡含水率18%,干燥周期为7天;干燥2厘米厚板料,由初含水率50%干燥至18%,干燥周期为7天,比气干缩短20~25天。与气干相比,太阳能干燥窑可明显地缩短干燥周期。太阳能干燥窑干燥橡胶木材的成本约为10.11元/米~3,比常规窑干便宜一半多,且干燥质量良好,几乎无干燥缺陷。太阳能干燥窑的缺点是受天气的限制。
The purpose of this experiment is to explore the feasibility of using solar energy to dry antiseptic treated rubber wood. The test results show that the dry material of solar drying kiln (5 × 8 cm) is dried from initial moisture content of 74% to 18% of the moisture content of Hainan Island timber, the drying period is 7 days; drying 2 cm thick sheet, Moisture content of 50% dried to 18%, the drying cycle is 7 days, shorter than air-dry 20 to 25 days. Compared with air-dry, solar drying kiln can significantly shorten the drying cycle. Solar drying kiln drying rubber wood costs about 10.11 yuan / m ~ 3, cheaper than conventional kiln more than half, and the quality of dry, almost no drying defects. The disadvantage of solar drying kiln is limited by the weather.
