目的 为了对初步分离成功的生殖支原体进行进一步鉴定。方法 用电子显微镜及原子力显微镜对生殖支原体标准株及分离株进行形态学的初步观察。将标本固定于云母上 ,在接触及轻敲模式下扫描成像 ,操作在常温常压下进行。结果和结论 电镜下生殖支原体多呈烧瓶状或鸭梨形 ,有突出的颈部及膨大的头端。原子力显微镜观察结果与之类似 ,典型者多呈烧瓶状或鸭梨形 ,颈体部多有明显缩窄环或切痕 ,其生殖支原体大小亦与电镜测量结果类似
Objective To further identify mycoplasma genitalium that has been successfully isolated. Methods Morphological observation of Mycoplasma genitalium isolates and isolates by electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy. The specimen is fixed on the mica, scanning and imaging in the contact and tap mode, the operation at room temperature and pressure. Results and Conclusions Most of Mycoplasma genitalium were flask-shaped or pear-shaped under electron microscope, with prominent neck and swollen head. Atomic force microscope observation is similar to the typical were mostly flask-shaped or pear-shaped body, neck and neck were significantly narrowed or cut, the size of its genital mycoplasma and electron microscopy measurements are similar
