二、解码板原理解码板主要由U1(MA76)微处理芯片、U2(93C46B)EEPROM码片、U3(C40A)复位芯片、U4(RHSRI305A)升压芯片组成。电路如图3所示。 1.升压供电电路:升压供电电路由BATT电池、L1升压线圈、U4升压芯片、D1和D2稳压管、C1—C6、C12滤波电容组成。BATT电池的1.5V电压一路送Q1e极、Q2e极供电;一路经L1送入U4芯片输入端IN,升压后从输出端OUT输出3V电压加Q3e极给指示电路供电,同时经D2的VCPU端输出3V左右电压给接收板供电。 2.微处理电路:微处理器电路主要由U1微处理芯片组成。U1芯片内部包含中央处理器(CPU)、解码器(DECODER)、时钟电路等。它完成对来自接收板的
