2012年以来,钢铁行业进入全面亏损时代,在国内外经济形势复杂、国内需求释放缓慢、成本压力不减的背景下,钢铁企业正面临前所未有的经营压力。钢铁生产消费已过峰值,去产能窗口打开,重新洗牌势不可挡,有些企业消亡在所难免。如何在这场“严寒”洗礼中生存下来,化解产能危机,是我们每个钢铁人应该思考的问题。本文作者站在财务工作者的角度上就如何降低资金占用,加强库存管理,提高资产管理水平等问题进行一下探讨。
Since 2012, the steel industry has entered an era of total loss. Given the complex economic situation at home and abroad, the slow release of domestic demand and the reduction of cost pressures, the steel industry is facing unprecedented operating pressure. Steel production and consumption have peaked, going to capacity window open, re-shuffling irresistible, and some companies inevitable death. How to survive in this “cold ” baptism, to solve the crisis of production capacity, is that we should think each steel problem. From the perspective of financial workers, the author discusses how to reduce capital occupation, strengthen inventory management and improve asset management.
