鼻翼软骨整形在隆鼻术中的应用

目的:为探讨鼻翼软骨先天形态异常所致的鼻下部畸形美容整形治疗,其常见的临床表现是鼻尖园钝、低塌、鼻小柱较短、鼻梁低平。方法:1995年以来,26例鼻部美容整形的病人,根据病人不同的鼻部形态和要求,选用不同的鼻模型隆鼻及鼻下部整形术。结果:取得了满意的整形美容效果。结论:认为鼻翼软骨重新塑形,在鼻下部美容手术中,起着重要的作用。本文详细介绍了鼻翼软骨重新塑形的方法、以及手术要点。
