目的了解该市初、高中学生吸烟行为现状,为进一步开展针对性干预提供科学依据。方法分层整群抽样的方法,在该市市区和郊县随机抽取初、高中学生7789名,对所选取学生进行青少年健康相关行为问卷调查。分析吸烟状况。结果初中学生男生4项调查项目发生率均高于女生,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。普通初中男生4项调查项目发生率均高于重点初中,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);普通初中女生4项调查项目发生率与重点初中比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);普通初中学生第2、3、4项调查项目发生率均高于重点初中,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高中学生中男生4项调查项目发生率均高于女生,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。城区高中男生在第1、3项调查项目发生率低于乡村高中,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);城区高中女生在第1、2、3项调查项目发生率均高于乡村高中,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);城区高中学生仅第3项调查项目发生率低于乡村高中,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。初中学生前6项调查项目发生率均低于高中学生,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。初中学生被动吸烟率与高中学生比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论该市中学生吸烟状况不容乐观,有近50%的高中生曾尝试吸烟,提示学校控烟工作仍需加强,学校应采取各种针对性措施预防和控制学生吸烟行为。
Objective To understand the smoking status of students in primary and secondary high school in the city and provide scientific basis for further targeted intervention. Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was used to randomly select 7789 primary and secondary high school students in urban and suburban districts of the city to conduct a questionnaire survey on selected health behaviors among adolescents. Analysis of smoking status. Results The incidence of 4 items of junior high school students in boys was higher than that of girls, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidences of 4 items in ordinary junior high school boys were higher than those in key junior high schools, with significant differences (P <0.05). There were no significant differences in the incidences of 4 items among ordinary junior high school girls and key junior high schools (P> 0.05). The incidences of items 2, 3 and 4 in junior high school students were higher than those in key junior middle school students (P <0.05). The incidence of 4 items of high school students in boys was higher than that of girls, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The prevalence of male high school boys in urban areas was lower than that of rural high schools in the first and third survey (P <0.05). The prevalence of high school girls in urban high school was higher than that of rural high schools (P <0.05). The incidence of only the third survey of urban high school students was lower than that of the rural high school (P <0.05), and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of junior high school students in the first six survey items was lower than that of high school students, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the passive smoking rate between junior high school students and high school students (P> 0.05). Conclusions The prevalence of smoking among middle school students in the city is not optimistic. Nearly 50% of high school students have tried smoking, which indicates that school tobacco control still needs to be strengthened. Schools should take various targeted measures to prevent and control student smoking.
