扎把车间是苎麻纺织厂的头道工序。当原麻进厂后,首先经过人工精选分级,按一定份量绑扎成小把,再送至脱胶车间的其他工序进行脱胶处理。在扎把分级过程中,由于要人工抖动原麻,因此粉尘大量飞扬,工人不带口罩就无法工作。经测定,灰尘中含有二氧化硅10％左右。我们在某苎麻纺织厂的空调通风设计中,对扎把车间的通风除尘设计采取了如下措施: 该车间共有扎把工作台10个,见图1。经测定,各工作台粉尘浓度见表1。
The workshop is the first process of the ramie textile mill. When the raw ramie enters the factory, it is first subjected to artificial selection and grading, bundled into a small amount according to a certain amount, and then sent to other processes of the degumming workshop for degumming. In the grading process, due to the artificial shaking of the raw hemp, the dust is flying in a large amount, and workers cannot work without masks. It was determined that the dust contained about 10% of silica. In the air conditioning and ventilation design of a ramie textile mill, we adopted the following measures for the ventilation and dust removal design of the barging workshop: The workshop has a total of 10 bar tables, see Figure 1. The dust concentration of each bench is shown in Table 1.
