目的:探讨缺氧诱导因子(HIF)-lα和基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)-9在非小细胞肺癌与癌旁组织的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学(sP)法检测83例非小细胞肺癌、20例癌旁组织中HIF-la及MMP-9的表达。结果:非小细胞肺癌组织HIF-1α和MMP-9阳性表达明显高于癌旁组织,二者在非小细胞肺癌有淋巴结转移组与T3、T4期组较无淋巴结转移组和T1、T2期组表达明显升高,在肿瘤直径>5cm组和低分化组亦明显升高。HIF-lα,MMP-9在肺癌组织中的阳性表达率呈正相关(r=0.49,P<0.05)。结论:HIF-lα和MMP-9的表达与肿瘤的淋巴结转移与恶性程度密切相关。
Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of hypoxia inducible factor (HIF) -lα and matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) -9 in non-small cell lung cancer and adjacent normal tissues. Methods: The expressions of HIF-1a and MMP-9 in 83 cases of non-small cell lung cancer and 20 cases of paracancerous tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry (sP). Results: The positive rates of HIF-1α and MMP-9 in non-small cell lung cancer were significantly higher than those in adjacent non-small cell lung cancer tissues. There was no significant difference between the two groups in lymph node metastasis and T3, The expression of the group was significantly increased in the tumor diameter> 5cm group and poorly differentiated group was also significantly higher. The positive rates of HIF-1α and MMP-9 in lung cancer tissues were positively correlated (r = 0.49, P <0.05). Conclusion: The expression of HIF-1α and MMP-9 are closely related to the degree of lymph node metastasis and malignancy of tumor.
