A model of gastric ulcer was created using anhydrous ethanol and water-immersion methods to study the protective effect of Yizhong Mixture on gastric ulcer. The results showed that Yizhong Mixture can significantly reduce the degree of gastric mucosal injury in both models. Explains that Yizhong Mixture has protective effect on experimental gastric ulcer
