试验以石粉内掺的方式,研究两种不同成分石粉对水泥砂浆的力学性能影响;在确定石粉掺量后,采用扫描电镜对试样的微观形貌进行分析,并对其相关作用机理进行探讨。试验结果表明:石粉取代量为30%时,掺加石粉1和石粉2的试样,3d抗折强度较空白试样分别提高了13.44%和23.69%,掺加石粉1和石粉2的试样,3d抗压强度较空白试样分别提高了44.65%和61.64%,28d抗折强度较空白试样分别提高了11.83%和21.10%,28d抗压强度较空白试样提高了18.55%和30.94%。
The effect of two different components of stone powder on the mechanical properties of cement mortar was studied in this paper. After determining the content of stone powder, the microstructure of the sample was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and the related mechanism was discussed . The test results show that when the replacement amount of stone powder is 30%, the 3d flexural strength increases by 13.44% and 23.69% respectively than that of the blank sample with the addition of stone powder 1 and stone powder 2, and the samples with stone powder 1 and stone powder 2 , 3d compressive strength increased by 44.65% and 61.64% respectively compared with the blank sample, the flexural strength at 28d increased by 11.83% and 21.10% respectively compared with the blank sample, the compressive strength at 28d increased by 18.55% and 30.94% compared with the blank sample, .
